    If a hose is deemed defective upon receipt Flow Components and Industrial Supply will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the total value of the item. If you ordered a hose through one of our free shipping listings you will receive a partial refund due to is paying to ship the item out the first time. If an item is ordered incorrectly, or if the customer has changed their mind about an order, then the buyer will be subject to a 25% restock fee.
